Sustaining a resistance movement is incredibly taxing physically, mentally, and emotionally. The longer it goes on, you may think "Why is this so hard? Are we even accomplishing anything?" You may even feel burnt out; you want to maintain the fight but your capacity is overflowing.

Join us and Star of Sophia on December 2nd for the Disillusionment and Delusion Workshop! We're going to be unpacking how to deal with these feelings of disillusionment and how to maintain forward momentum without burning yourself out. This course will go beyond self care tips and dig deep into how best to manage the lows.

Even if you aren't feeling this way, having the knowledge of how to tackle these issues before they come up will be helpful in case they ever do come up.
